Children NEED to move! Sometimes asking a kid to sit still takes all their brain power. If that happens, there's no brain power left for learning. Having a seat with movement options built right in can help a student wiggle away while focusing on the learning task at hand. Wobble stools will allow me to give them an option that helps them stay on task and fulfill a very real movement need. Flexible seating options such as these improve sensory focus and awareness, while allowing children to participate and stay engaged in their learning.
