By having access to technology devices like a laptop, camcorder, and camera so that students will be able to implement weather related protocols from a NASA sponsored project; the GLOBE (worldwide weather data collection and reporting program) and be able to contribute to our understanding of the Earth system and global environment. They will perform a variety of lab experiments and measurements that, when reported to a satellite on a daily basis, will help the worldwide scientific community obtain valuable knowledge that cannot be gathered using satellite imagery. Students' self esteem and confidence will be enhanced by participating in this project and for helping our world.

About my class
