These tables will help our out of date classroom feel like a modern kitchen. It will give us dual use of the equipment and maximize space for catering possibilities. As we grow, we are aiming to make our classroom look more like the professional style despite not having the monetary ability to do so. The more my students see the real thing, the more they will buy into making this as a career option upon graduation. Also, it would help for food demo time instead of having to reach under tight space of older cabinets. When visitors come in, we are able to show off our skills in an open space and allow students to be seen clearly​.

About my class
