My fourth-grade classroom currently has zero computers. My students only have access to a computer lab once a week for forty minutes. This is not enough time to embrace and utilize the various ways computers can help students grow and learn. Having these requested six ASUS Chromebooks in our classroom will help give my students daily access to technology. I plan to use the Chromebooks as part of a math station rotation, for research projects, and for giving students the ability to publish their written work. The Chromebooks will also help me give my students access to the bigger world outside of our classroom and allow them to explore bigger and better things.
