So many of my students have been asking for me to teach them to play the piano. We talk in class about trying new things when they're young so that they can find out what they like and what they're good at. I tell them that if those two things coincide, then they may have found their "thing." So many research studies have shown positive effects on the brains of children who play instruments. With the requested keyboards, a student can learn almost all of the elements of music through experience, rather than just reading about them or listening to them. This stays with them for a lifetime.
