Students will learn first hand about Spider plants and how to care for the plant. Spider plants are very adaptable, easy to grow, and help with air purification. I already have Spider Plant spiderettes (plant which grows from the mother plant) but need dirt and planters for my students. Each student will plant their own spiderette in the classroom, water, and record the weekly growth of their plant. Students will then take home after the plant is established to continue to watch it grow and produce spiderettes. Continuing the cycle!
