I teach an amazing combo class of 1st and 2nd grade students. The majority of students in my class are very low in reading, writing and math. We have a small class with 18 students, these students do not participate in the Dual Language Program. They are of African American, Arabic and Latino descent. My students are eager to learn new things, and love using manipulatives and music in the classroom. These students are very energetic, and have various talents and skills. Some of these skills are in art, dancing, creativity, and overall leadership abilities.
