My Spanish classroom has access to 12 Chromebooks. With classes of up to 36 students, there are not enough Chromebooks for my students to do partner projects or any engaging class activities that require the use of technology. By purchasing more Chromebooks, my classroom will be 2:1 with technology, which will enable all of my students to be engaged in the language-learning process. I truly believe that my students are deserving of only the best materials that will enrich their learning process. Without technology, my students won't be able to acquire the real world skills they need to be successful when they go on to college, careers, and more. I want to educate my students on how to find information from reliable resources, make presentations, and problem solve using technology to enable them to be successful individuals when they leave my classroom.
