These benches will provide the students with a comfortable place to record observations in their nature journals, read with a buddy, or visit with a friend during recess. The storage space will be used to hold gardening supplies and playground equipment. Each week, our students spend time sitting outdoors observing the environment and recording their data in a nature journal. Having a comfortable place to sit and take notes or draw illustrations will support the students in recording their observations. In addition, comfortable benches will provide the students with a pleasant seating alternative while reading with their buddies each week. Furthermore, the roomy storage space under the bench is the perfect place to keep messy gardening tools and supplies. These all-weather benches will be put to good use!
