These computers will allow my students to participate in the curriculum of blended math learning called ST Math. This program is individualized, targeted instruction at each student's level. The children in my class love to use computers to enhance their math skills in a fun and interactive way. Unfortunately, my students are not able to use this great program due to the lack of working computers. The computers we currently have are missing keys, batteries, and are so old that they often cannot access the school network. I want my students to have every opportunity to demonstrate their math skills and embrace technology. Being able to use the online math programs our district offers will help develop not only their math skills, but also their confidence using technology.
