We need a classroom rug to use as a gathering place during whole and small group activities. Whether we are on the rug for our morning message, dancing away our "wiggles" during one of our brain breaks, or learning through small centers or whole group instruction, our classroom rug will always be in use! A classroom rug is meant to last a long time and I think this rug from Lakeshore Learning will do exactly that. This new rug is also colorful and educational. It contains the alphabet and as well as numbers to not only help students with those skills but also help them remember which spot is theirs to sit on. I know I would have some very excited kindergarteners if we got a new classroom rug!
