On Wednesday and Thursdays, we have block schedules. Having a longer class period allows for our students to have more practice in class; I use rotations to make better use of the time. I am going to use the Chromebooks as part of my station rotations. Students will be able to categorize numbers, build and solve equations, as well as participate in review games before tests. The Chromebooks will help me build student-centered engaging activities to encourage a love of Math or least help get rid of their fear in Math. Because of Hurricane Harvey, many of our students were displaced. Many students continue to not have technology at home to complete school projects online. By helping our classroom, you are helping the students to heal and rebuild their lives. Students, both this year and in future years, will be able to use this technology during class as well as after school
