My 1st grade students are bright, charismatic children who always try their best. First grade is a fun year when students really learn how to love learning. They learn they basics of reading and the foundations of math. My students work hard to do their best. They have amazing potential and grow every day as they learn new things. Although they are still learning, they never give up, even when it is hard and frustrating. They are great problem solvers and creative thinkers.
