My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. They are eager to learn and want to be successful. As you can imagine, our young learners often need to keep moving. Sitting in a chair can be challenging for some. By providing them with flexible seating such as the wobble stool, they are able to move around a bit but not distract others. My goal is to reach all types of learners and provide my students with the most inviting, comfortable environment. Providing students the option to sit on a stool that allows them to move slightly vs a chair can help students to stay focused as they are still getting energy out but in a way that is not distracting to their peers.
