I am requesting books and CDs for our reading and listening center! Our library and listening center is a very essential part of our everyday activity. Along with reading to themselves and a partner, my students also need to hear what correct pronunciation sounds like. I want them to hear stories read to them so they can develop a stronger admiration for reading. Our reading gives us superpowers! Our theme for my classroom is Superheroes! The students love the theme and they love the fact reading creates better opportunities for them. Some of them struggle with reading. However, that does not keep them from trying to develop into better readers!
