For my first project here on Donors Choose, I have chosen something we are in desperate need of! Room dividers! With the individual needs of the students, we are always having two or three separate lessons going on at once. The noise echoes in the classroom and easily distracts the students as they hear and react to the other group that is doing something different from what they are doing. Room dividers will help create separate spaces in the classroom where students can focus and succeed! By donating to this project, you will not only help limit distractions for my students, you will help them succeed academically. The environment in the classroom directly relates to their success and having this in our classroom will make the world of difference for my students.
