This project is important because it will allow my students the freedom to wiggle without the disturbance to others. These stools give children the ability to move and focus. By donating to this project, it will not only increase my students’ ability to focus on a given task, but can improve their overall academic achievement. Throughout the years, education has changed. Each year I have a new group with new demands. However, the need to move remains the same. Therefore, the purpose of these stools are not only to meet a student’s academic wellbeing, but their social-emotional wellbeing too. Additionally, these stools do help decrease behavioral issues.

About my class
