My Culinary Arts students learn various skills about cooking in my classes. One of the things that I have never been able to do is teaching them how to decorate cakes because of the lack of supplies needed for the project. With your help in providing us with theses supplies, my students can develop the basic skills of cake decorating. Having enough baking pans, decorating tips, icing spatulas, pastry bags and coloring will ensure that all of my students will be able to work collaboratively on projects With shows like Cake Wars so popular, I would like to incorporate that same spirit of competition and enthusiasm into the learning environment.
