My students are currently learning about the media and what it means to be news literate. As journalism students, they are challenged to identify bias, including their own, understanding the role of the media, and the crucial role of journalism in a free society. As part of their curriculum, students are going to prove their understanding of news literacy by producing quality journalism and broadcasting their pieces within the school. We need your help to make this goal a reality! By providing iPads, you are providing students with valuable technology to record, edit, upload, and broadcast their journalism pieces. Not only does this enable active engagement in their learning, but also the ability to experience the career field in real time.

About my class
