My goal for this coming school year is to offer flexible seating for my scholars. With flexible seating, my scholars can stay focused when learning. Allowing scholars to decide how they best learn teaches them that they are independent and important. Each scholar learns differently and with flexible seating I am giving them choices. Providing scholars with choices allows them to have what they need to be successful academically and allows them to control their learning. Giving wobble chairs allows my scholars to sit comfortably during small group time. Flexible seating will help my scholars grow as learners as well as stay focused during independent work time.
