My students need iPads with cases to go on smarty ants (Computer Program that individualizes students needs) Our school works with a computer program called Smarty Ants to help students in Reading. Each child takes a pre-test and it focuses on their individual level. If they continue to meet something the "coach" comes on and teaches them the skill. Smarty Ants helps students by breaking things down to their level or by advancing them if they are a fast learner. It also allows student choice by letting them pick different games to play with the skill they are working with. It is an awesome program, and the kids really enjoy playing it, and they are learning while having fun.
