I am starting a middle school band program at our school. This will be the first time this has been an option for our students! I have 4 band classes across 3 grades. We are a very musical school and there is a high level of interests in this new program. I am also the reading specialist and I not only teach our 3rd-5th grade leveled reading program but I also teach our ELD students, our 8th grade advanced readers and run our ELA intervention program.
