Kindergartners learn best by being active in the learning process and by PLAYING. Through centers, including dramatic play, children improve their literacy and math skills, as well as their ability to solve real world problems. In order to receive a quality education, my students deserve quality materials. Our current play kitchen is in bad shape, being held together with tape. We need your help! My students will love having an authentic looking kitchen with a fridge, food, and other kitchen accessories. The rainforest and ocean puzzles as well as the Legos are also critical to early learning. They promote fine motor skills, develop creativity, and give children the opportunity to work together.
