I am requesting four chromebooks for use in my Speech and Debate classes. My students range from Freshman to Seniors with the majority being freshmen and sophomores. This year we are developing original research skills of current and past events in order to compete in speech and debate tournaments. Many of my students do not have personal access to technology for research and speech development. Your donation will directly help the students who spend many hours in preparation for events; having technology in the classroom will greatly benefit them throughout the year. Speech and Debate helps provide confidence, learning skills, and public speaking skills to students who are often viewed as outsiders. The students are grateful for any help provided and your donation will make a big impact in their academic and personal lives.
