Why students will be given the opportunity to roll, tumble, jump, and transfer weights throughout the unit during PE class. As of now my students roll on the floor and the less skilled students struggle to transfer their weights and the angle mats will help allow all students the ability to be successful during each class. The ability to roll, jump, and tumble are natural movements we all should learn, it helps with safety and body control throughout life. My students are graving for new things and the PE curriculum needs for the students to learn these skills and as of right now they will not be given a chance to try to movement concepts while in class.
