Students in my classroom need to have a more comfortable space to sit in class while creating music. Currently, students sit on the cold tile floor for most of music class. In warmer temperatures the floor can be sticky and hot, and in colder temperatures the floor can be freezing. Your generous donation towards this project will help 500 students learn just this year. This rug will be large enough for classes of 25 students to sit comfortably with sit spots built in. The rug can also be used as a learning tool as there are several classroom instruments pictured on the sit spots, as well as a music staff.
