I am a special education language arts and history teacher in a large urban high school in Snohomish County. The school serves approximately 2500 students within a diverse socio-economic range. In a newly created position, I find myself lacking any sort of classroom library. Students who already struggle with the English Language or have reading skill deficits are more enthusiastic about reading when provided culturally relevant and current materials. My goal is to provide that to them...with your help!
