The job force in the future will rely heavily on computer skills and programming. By having my students learn how to code on the tablets and then apply their code to a robot, they are getting first hand experience at a possible future career. Coding also provides a WONDERFUL opportunity to practice working with two or three people on a project. This allows them to gain skills that will carry them through their academic career as well as beyond. Not only will we be using the tablets to code various programs for the robot, we can use the Amazon library and have access to thousands of books right at our fingertips.

About my class
