My students are learning English as a second language. These fifth graders are eager to learn despite the tough time they have endured through education. My students strive every single day to be the absolute best that they can be. Due to obstacles in life they need support in being able to be the best that they can be. In our class we always talk about that during life we will always have struggles but no matter what we will not give up and we together say, "If we have a problem, we fix it!!" My students have already overcome so much. Many of my students have come here from another country and did not know ANY English when they arrived. This does not stop their positivity and willingness to learn!

About my class
