I teach middle school math, grades 6th, 7th, and 8th to students in Boston,MA. My students are mostly of African decent,economically disadvantaged ,and have cognitive and communication impairments along with learning disabilities. Approximately a third of my students are English Language Learners. They are from Puerto Rico, Guatemala,Haiti,Cape Verde and Somalia. And they are all AWESOME! Despite their academic challenges, they're funny, compassionate, hard working, and strive to improve their academic skills. I am delighted and honored to be a part of their lives and it is my intention to help them make this year, 2017-2018 their BEST YEAR YET!!! My classroom is in desperate need of a projector and document camera. We would greatly appreciate your help!
