The Preschoolers in my classroom will use this center to hear stories on CD, as well as following directions activities on CD. Children love to be read to, and I have a wide variety of classic Children's stories on CD that are waiting to be heard. I want to create an environment where they can "cozy up" with a good book. I think this item from Lakeshore is "just the ticket." Many of my students are not being "read to" at home. We use lots of literature in our classroom to engage students in a "love of reading." This center will provide more opportunities for them to hear a wide variety of literature.
