The Libraries at Alfred and Lyman Elementary Schools are the heart of the buildings. My goal is and has always been to foster a love of the library, not just for books, but for all that the library can offer: a safe space to be themselves, a place to find information and resources, a place that provides a sense of community, a place for developing skills beyond literacy and more! This year I look to add puzzles, games and building tools as well as replace some worn out flexible seating options for my students.

About my class
