Over 90% of our students at our school qualify for free and reduced lunch. The demographics consist of 97% African American, 2% Caucasian, and 1% Latino. They come from all over the area and are excited to be in an environment where they can finally focus on their academics. We are a first year high school that opened its doors to the first 9th grade class on August 11, 2010. We will add an additional grade each year until we are a fully grown 9-12 grade school. Our mission is to inspire, prepare, and empower leaders for college and beyond and to be a part of 1000+ college graduates by 2022.

About my class
