My school setting is a small,rural district with one classroom per classroom. This makes a very unique class climate that is more like family than peers. I am working hard to create a flexible seating environment where every student can be comfortable and work to their personal best. I want to create an environment that they cant wait to arrive and do not want to leave. The ELA block is a large portion of our day utilizing the Reader's and Writer's Workshop model.
