Nothing is more fun than selecting a brand new book. As a child, I still remember buying my first book from the "Book Mobile." That book was passed down to my own daughter. I envision students selecting books that they will enjoy remember for years to come. A book that most of our students can not afford to purchase. A brand new book in the hand of a child will open up a world of possibilities. Every child should have a favorite book or two at home to read over and over again. Reading books help students to increase their knowledge of the world, self-knowledge, and interests.
