This will give our students a chance to read a variety of holiday books throughout the school year. These books can also be used to enhance vocabulary through read aloud instruction. Holiday traditions can be discussed in addition to reading. Teachers enjoy using holiday books in the classroom as well. To develop a love of reading our students need a variety of books to check out from the school library. It is our goal to also teach social skills through literature, many of these books will emphasize this skills. Students and faculty love to see new books circulating in the library.
