We are a team. We work as a team. We teach as a team. We have high achieving students, low achieving students and many in between, all of which need our individual attention at times. Our team is diverse in many ways. We have special education students who need small group instruction to reinforce what is being taught because they rarely get it on the first, second, third or fourth time around. We have talented and gifted students who need an extra push without their classmates feeling intimidated. We need to reach the students we teach in any way, because they deserve for us to care that much, and we do. Previous students always know they can count on us when having problems at school, in class or even at home. We have PLENTY of returning visitors because we made them feel "at home" and they know that we sincerely care about each and every one of them.
