I want to use Ozobots in my media center to engage my students with coding activities. These robots will be used in small group settings, and can be tied in with literacy and STEAM lessons. Coding will allow students to experiment and problem solve together and help develop social skills. Coding with Ozobots will connect my students to the curriculum, their peers, and today's technoligies! Ozobots use simple coding techniques that allow students to plot a course for their robot to follow. Possible lessons include taking Ozobot on a story path, coding Ozobot to follow a weather pattern, or using trial and error to race Ozobots and find the fastest coding pattern. There are so many different uses for Ozobot!
