As I brainstorm on a daily basis how to reach my students in a way they would accept and be responsive to, is technology. Technology is such a huge part of the world, which allows us to maintain our daily activities. As I use my hands-on interventions and approaches daily, I sometimes wonder how the behaviors would change if there was a piece of technology as an option. With the help from The Chevron Fuel Your School Program, I believe that experience would be possible. Having access to an iPad allows each student to have the opportunity to use technology as an outlet and release from the world, in hopes on getting them back on task. There are behavior online modification programs that will allow the students to use these devices, while having fun with the thought of having fun and learning.
