We are hoping to do a lot of reading during Black History Month. I have wanted to have a themed library dedicated to this important month for a while. Getting books from the local library quickly become a race between teachers and the deadlines for returning doesn’t always link up with lesson plans. Having our own personal Black History Month library that is preschool age appropriate and easily accessible would be a great addition to our classroom. I hope that this project is just a starting point and more books will be added every year. Thank you for adding to our library!
