Bilingual students need a lot of support in order to improve their reading and writing skills to be successful in Math.Additionally to a permanent reading of Mathematical literature, an excellent way to achieve that goal is creating hands on activities, foldables and visual manipulatives that help them make connections and transfer information from their native language. Getting strong support that minimize the lack of English, my students will overcome their language barrier. Having all the appropriate books, equipment ( printer, laminator, clock), materials (papers), they will be more engage and happy to work in my classroom. Along with these materials and books, I am requesting classroom supplies ( tablet paper center,wipe boards, magnetic chart, small group teaching easel) in order four our classroom to run efficiently.
