My students will utilize their book bins, boards and markers on a daily basis. Reading alone, with a partner, or with the teacher, students will read and illustrate responses to the text, and break down story vocabulary to show comprehension. Being able to see, write and hear what they are reading will enhance my students understanding of the story. Our youngest learners require a variety of ways to take in information and process it. Making sure that my students have that ability to read and respond and ultimately become more independent in their learning will build their confidence as readers. These supplies will guarantee that my students have what they need to meet the needs of their specific learning style and be successful.
