These drinking water quality test kits will allow students to do a hands-on inquiry based activity to address social injustice in their community. My students come from low-income neighborhoods that have inconsistent drinking water quality. With these test kits my students will be able to test the quality of the drinking water in their own homes. My students will then use this information to produce a public service announcement based on their their scientific findings. This public service announcement will consist of making a video, website and or a presentation.
