As a Reading Interventionalist Teacher I will be working with 35 students who are below multiple grade levels in their reading instruction. These 35 students are the students who struggling the most throughout the school. I am asking for an Amazon Echo and Kindle to pair together and help scaffold their reading levels to closer to their peers. Students at our school lack the current technology and by using the Amazon Echo paired with the Kindle, Alexa will be able to read to and with the students. Research has shown that today we are in a highly technological world and I am trying to bridge this gap. The Amazon Echo will be utilized for word meanings, synonyms, spelling, acronyms, facts of the day, and more! The possibilities are endless! By pairing the Amazon Echo to the Kindle, my students will be able to follow along and read with Alexa! Please help my students be successful in their reading instruction and show them that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
