This year will be my second year as a teacher. I am lucky enough to teach at the school where I completed my student teaching - and to have some of the same students who were with me as I was learning to be a teacher in my class again! These students make me excited to come to work every day and push me to be the very best teacher I can be. Being a new teacher, I am constantly learning and striving to grow as a teacher. These professional development books will help me be the best teacher I can for my students. Being a new teacher, I have spent over $1,000 from my pocket on my classroom. Between decorations, school supplies, building my classroom library, and other materials, I am constantly buying things for my students and classroom. I want my students to have the best education experience! By donating to this project, you will be helping this new teacher provide a positive, successful year for my 4th and 5th graders.
