I teach Physical Education at a Title I school located in Central Georgia. The students that I teach have backgrounds that prevent them from exposure to exercise and fitness. Many of them are not exposed to a healthy lifestyle and because of the poor economic environment the often do not get to eat a healthy diet. It is my passion to teach them to eat healthy, get exercise, and live an active lifestyle. As a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and triathlete, I live by example. I hope to expose my students to many forms of exercise whether it be through team sports, working out, or active play. I hope to motivate my students to always strive to be their best both mentally and physically.
