I am fortunate to have 22 very smart and inquisitive kindergarteners this year. I teach in a Title I school, in the Tennessee Valley, with 100% free breakfast and lunch. During center time you would think they would be excited to go to the computer center. Not when you have dinosaurs, and I'm not talking about T. Rex or Triceratops. I have two older computers that are extremely slow, if they even decide to work at all. I would love to have the technology that would excite them and make them lovers of learning.
