A laptop and printer would make a huge impact on student learning. The printer would give me access to copies for student to practice tracing and handwriting. I could send each of my students to use the computers each day. I would have them progress daily through the ABC Mouse Early Learning Program and utilize Starfall to learn, reinforce learning, and practice pre-academic skills and concepts necessary for success in Pre-K and Kindergarten. Students learning will increase as they are able to practice and reinforce skills and concepts taught in class. I'm creating a computer center to expose students to technology which they otherwise would not have access to. The laptop would allow each student to access significant learning and practice opportunities. Technology is especially powerful for students with special needs. Please help me bring computers into our classroom.
