Hi everyone; my name is Catherine Garrity. I am going into my fourth year of teaching. I will be teaching second grade this year and absolutely love my job!! I work at a title one school in which 100% of students receive free breakfast and lunch and many of our students are ELL (English language learners). Our students come to us with a lot of needs and are coming from low income households. We do everything we can to support our students, meet their needs and engage them in learning both academic and social/emotional skills. I believe my students are brilliant scholars and have bright futures ahead of them. I am looking forward to this school year and appreciate any financial support and/or prayers for our classroom!
