Students are able to write and sometimes video their stories, but how often do they get to be heard? These materials will help my students tell both their own stories in podcast form as well as have our school create our own podcast called #WeAreRockin. This school podcast will be an opportunity for our students to be the ones to produce and share the stories from all over our school. Also, students will have the opportunity to choose "create a podcast" as one of the projects in this class where students can pick and choose their projects. The goal of this is to give students voice and choice. The tools required are not normally part of this class and we need these to help give our students this empowering and unique experience.
